Walked in trying to find a new family member.. more half the animals in there are not for sale, over priced animals, birds looked and act stressed probably due do being housed in aquariums and puppies are covered in fecal matter. Definitely will not return here.

The place is great. I gave it 4 points only because it was a very slow check out experience! Staff is very knowledgable and much better than a chain pet store. Also the animal prices were about half, yay!

Friendly staff and wonderful animals, for reasonable prices. Since I've found this store a couple years back I refuse to ever buy a bird from any corporate animal shop. These guys here really care for their animals and hand raise them, and not only that but they sell them for the price that they should be. Stores like Petco or pet supermarket do not hand raise their birds and charge hundreds dollars more than the reasonable price! The people who work here are also very educated and know what they're talking about. I've gotten my two cockatiels here and they are absolute sweethearts that had no problems getting used to me or my girlfriend, since they were hand raised. After I get my aviary built I plan on purchasing a rose breasted cockatoo and my girlfriend wants to purchase some ringnecks. They also have a very good selection and have all sorts of birds that are hard to find anywheres else. They almost always have cockatiels, finches, budgies, and conures. They also sometimes have cockatoos and others like Senegals, ringnecks, and pionuses. These birds are more pricy but still VERY REASONABLE. On top of the nice selection of birds they have a very huge selection of bird toys and cages, all varying in different sizes, prices, and durability. They really do have the largest selection for bird cages and toys I've ever seen in a pet store. They sell really nice large cages with thick bars which are pricy, but they also sell more flimsy cages that are very cheap, so if you can't afford a few hundred dollar high quality cage they'll still have something affordable for you in the meantime. (I highly recommend saving for a more $$$$ cage, they're worth it! Currently saving for a nicer one now) Sorry for the lengthy review but I really just can't explain how much I LOVE this place! Everyone here is an angel, oh and they also do bird grooming, which is very very affordable and the lady knows what she's doing too. This is hands down my favorite small business and pet shop, I'm very happy they managed to make it through covid and didn't have to shut down, I really do hope that they have many more years of business ahead of them and that more people hear of this place and shop here more than corporate animal chains. Will be going here as long as I live in Florida 👏 I absolutely love my babies I got from here

They are very accommodating and have pets you hardly see in any other pet shops.
They have in the past. Best to call first if that is what you are looking for. But they have all of other great things in lots of birds,fresh and salt water fish, rabbits and supplies for all of your pet family.

I would suggest calling or visiting the store. Most answers here are from random people, mostly customers. Sometimes owners answer, too, but you'll likely get a faster answer by calling or visiting the store.
