I’ve been going to this practice for about 3-4 years now and I’ve loved it. Every doctor I’ve had was amazing. However, they’ve all left. Earlier this year, I spoke with Dr. McCreadie about some issues and she handled them immediately. She let me know if I need additional assistance with this issue, to contact the office and they would be able to take care of it. In between that time, she left this office. I called for the additional assistance and after a lot of run around and a hefty out of pocket expense, I got an appointment. During the appointment, LOA paperwork was completed for my job. I received an email from my employer letting me know my leave was disapproved because the doctor said I didn’t need the leave. So why schedule the appointment, take my money and complete/submit the paperwork? All of the notes were there from Dr. McCreadie. This has caused me additional stress and taken up a lot of my time. Since all of the providers have left this practice, it has really went down. It really was an amazing place with great doctors and a wonderful environment now, not so much.

I had been attending this office for almost 4 years. The staff had been amazing but over the course of 2021-2022 the amazing Providers left for various reasons. So now there are new providers with a new medical director; and the entire way the office is run has changed. Ive been given the run around a few times. I forsee this office losing many faithful patients because of the way we are treated now. Its sad because originally coming here completely changed my opinion on healthcare, now im stuck having to find another office who considers my needs.

Unprofessional behavior from appointment setter and check out desk. Treats patients as a group and not individuals, stated all patients make appointments and don’t show up. I guess this gives him permission to treat individual patients rude and unprofessional. He even insulted my wife, WOW!
