My son wanted to have his bday party here, even though I had never been there. The service was not very good starting when I walked in the door. Nothing was explained to me at first, it was like they took my money and said figure it out. Paying the $400+ I paid it was truly not worth it! The food is not very good, the service wasn’t good. Next time I will just pay for the kids and not that party room cause it’s a waste of time and money! The only reason I didn’t give a lower star is because my son and his friends had fun, and that’s what’s it’s all about.

We had the most amazing time! Was there last weekend for my son 4th birthday party with like 35 people and we all had a blast the staff was friendly and bit disorganized at first, but once our party hostess arrived it all fell into place. One of the team members a young man brown/blonde hair in a blue polo (maybe a manager) was really helpful, and accommodating to my party and we are so appreciative. 👌🏽 Keep up the good work! Just encourage your trainees to be patient and more courteous since they are the newest ones, they need to show that they want the job and not upset your patrons. After spending almost a thousand dollars at your establishment for a 4 hour party, the last thing we want is a teenager giving us attitude because she doesn't know how to pull up party's name and stickers.

I've been to quite a few trampoline parks and this one is honestly about mid. The jumping arena isn't the biggest that I've been to. Couple that with a nice size crowd and you have longer than usual waiting times for special jump areas like the basketball court, or foam pit. Prices were reasonable and drinks were the normal outrageous price you would expect from a place like this so, no shock there. Nevertheless, it was a fun time for the family.

My daughter has an amazing time here! I love the fact that they have Toddler time! Staff was very helpful and nice. Everything was clean. A little pricey but it was worth it for the smile she had on her face! Thank you!

Close to waldorf used to live getting to crowded to much drama to many issues etc country living cheaper safer people care about help support each other best way to go
Yes for the most part except some kids are hard headed and take them off when the people are not looking.
You can just walk in and pay. They have different jump time packages. Socks can be bought when you pay for the package you want.

Basically jumping on the trampoline. They have a diving pit where you can jump in a pit of foam balls and cubes, dodge ball and a obstacle course
Same price for the general time special teen time on Saturday nights I think it is 10 the sky fitness class is real super nice great fun exercise workout burn a 1000 calories in a hour my 17th year old son goes on ssturday mornings 830 to 930. Also Tuesday evening 7 to 8 and Thursday 6 to 7
