Very easy process. Dr. was very professional and patient. Make sure to complete intake form before scheduled appointment. Hopefully one day insurance will cover the cost of recertification.

April 2022, just renewed my yearly certificate. This year I had to buy a laptop with a camera and microphone so that I could renew it from home. Green Health closed down all the in house renewal offices in southern Maryland. Everything went fine, the Doctor had all my medical records on file. She was polite and let me complain about having to upgrade my old 3 G flip phone to a new 5 G compatible smart phone. "The times, they are a changing".

You need to bring a valid photo ID or DL, Medical Documentation proving your condition (something like medical records, doctor notes, prescription bottle that you take for the condition) and the evaluation fee is accepted as cash, credit or debit
Insurance at this time doesn't cover. But the fee is $200 for doctor visit, $170 if your a veteran. And this one time fee yearly. Your 2nd year and going forward for recertify it is $150. Thanks.
