My mother was in this place for 68 days and that was 68 days too long! When my mother first went into the facility I was unable to visit her for a couple of weeks. I found out that they did not have any kind of emergency call buttons in the rooms or bathrooms! One night my mother's roommate got up and fell and broke several bones and my mother who uses a walker went for help. I found out that the aids only came around every two hours through the night! There were other problems but the last straw was when I found out that my mother had been sleeping on the nastiest mattress I had ever seen!! I reported it to the director and was assured that it would be taken care of immediately but it was not! Three days later when I came back it still had not been replaced and I was done!! I gave notice and took my mother out and have filed a complaint with the state authorities. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Update since this review, representatives from the Agency for Health Care Administration have found that rules and laws were violated and served notice of deficiencies! Naples Green Village will be required to correct the deficiencies!

Really pleased with the Naples Green Village Staff & the environment. I had heard horrible things about the facility. I was doubtful at first to have my family stay here but because they are one of the more affordable assisted living facilities in Naples I gave them a chance. I am so happy I gave them a chance because it seems the new management has really outdone themselves with finding a great and caring staff! I am beyond pleased, everyone is so attentive to my family’s needs and willing to help. I have no doubt my family is in great hands, and this helps me sleep better at night.
