Is sad to see an office with such great doctors have such bad front desk. I have been calling for weeks to get an appointment and someone always picks up and puts me on hold. I have been holding for over 10 min at a time and I have to hang up. I have sent over 5 portal messages asking for a call back and no one ever calls me. I don’t know who manages This offices but wow, they should get a whole new front staff. You are loosing patients over how bad the front desk is. Is disappointing.

The doctors are absolutely wonderful, I feel great about being under their care as well as being pregnant and under their care. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the doctors, they all helped me threw so much. The front desk however treats me and have always treated me (pregnant or not) like I'm just another number and if ever I have a billing question I'm looked down upon atleast this is how they make me feel. I absolutely feel like they belittle you they way you are spoken to. Always unprofessional I truly feel like the front make it or breaks an office for me and I am very disappointed but I will not be returning to this office. To make myself clear, this is not due to the doctors, they are brilliant but the front desk needs to learn some manners and how to treat people like humans. Sad because I was extremely happy with the doctors.

First of all this does not include all of the doctors. Dr. Shepard seems great, thorough and informative. However, I was misdiagnosed on two occasions, thankfully maternal and fetal medicine was on top of my pregnancy, I’ve dealt with rude office staff and most disappointedly during labor the labor nurse told me I needed to stop pushing (extremely dangerous and unnatural) while she got the dr. Dr. Parker than prematurely clamped and cut the chord when I had given explicit instructions for it to be a delayed clamping and for my husband to cut the cord. Then I was refunded three out of pocket payments only to get to my 6 week appointment and was treated poorly by the girl in charge of accounts receivable due to a payment due for the circumcision that I had no idea about. She was extremely rude and shut the door to her office. I opened the door after I realized the tone she was taking. She (Amber). Immediately said, “ you’re not going to pay at all? It will go to collections” before I even said anything at all. If you asked me Dr. Parker should pay for the circumcision. Thankfully we have a very healthy happy baby boy, but the doctors here do not take you seriously if listen to you, they are very concerned with getting paid, and not necessarily doing their job appropriately.

I’ve been at a Woman’s Place since my first pregnancy six years ago. All the providers are great (especially Dr. Miller who delivered my first!), and I absolutely love Abby Krembs, whom I have met with the last few years for my annual appointment. She is just lovely, personable, and super helpful!
