I like sheetz and our food was good. But why is the music so loud in here?

My second bad experience at this particular sheets. This is the saddest and over priced ordered food I’ve ever gotten. $3.79 for 8 cold tater tots in a paper bag. Got a carved turkey sub. Roll was absolutely hard as a rock. Not even edible. Plus it was over toasted to the point that it was burned. Wawa has sheets beat by a few Miles. I think I’ll stick to the Wawas or the royal farms. Sheets and Rutters are quite possibly the absolute worst in the food ratings. Honestly, I think the people around here accept it cuz it’s all they offer around here. If you had a Wawa you would know what quality is. Will never go back to this sheets. Not even for gas. The sad part is that after reading reviews and replies from management, I see management doesn’t care either. You can tell by their generic replies to people’s comments. Most likely the management is actually the problem with this specific sheets store but I’ll let corporate figure this out. Corporate attention drawn to this store is not going to be good based on customer complaints. UPDATE: just as I said, management sent me a generic apology LOL

Ordered food here last night around 11 pm. After retrieving it and heading back to work I start eating my burrito. About midway I felt something stab me in the mouth. It was a long piece of metal. I called the store immediately and let the on call manager know. She advised me to come into the store so she can file an incident report. Once I arrive the manager is nowhere in sight only the two people making food. I asked them for my refund and the guy tells me he can only provide me with a gift card. I told him no I paid cash and I want my refund back. He ends up giving me money only adding up to the burrito that was on my order. I would expect them to refund my entire order since the metal almost made me choke on it and I am also pregnant. It was this big deal for them to give me my money back. They also only ended up refunding me for the price of the burrito and fries not even giving me the tax back. I paid roughly $12 for my meal and they give me back $9. AND DID NOT FILE AN INCIDENT REPORT. Such terrible customer service I wasn’t even making a big deal all I wanted was my money back. I don’t understand how a store can be run without a manager present especially after her knowing that I was going to come in with this issue. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know of this terrible experience and such terrible customer service.

I work at a Sheetz and it’s pretty hard to mess up two chili cheese onion dogs. But this location manages to do it Another visit and waited 20 mins on a mobile order People who ordered food there while I waited got food before me woulda been faster to order there
