Brought my doodle in to get shaved and was turned away by Emily. She said petco can’t do it. I went to woof gang bakery & grooming in Ormond beach and they were able to do it and were SO much nicer. Emily also told me that my dogs ears needed shaved which ended up not being true at all!! Petco is the Walmart of dog grooming.

Poor customer service do not sign up for repeat delivery. I used to order from chewy was told petco does repeat delivery and you get your rewards so I signed up first delivery was smooth. Now 6 weeks later my card was only partially charged for part of my order . I call I am told problem with my card I explained not possible as charge was made to my account … verified card and was told rest of my order will ship. Two days later now three days from when the order should have shipped I get email the pet foods out of stock. No refund to my card for charge. I call the lady says we’ll we can cancel the order to refund you or we can ship when back in stock. I explained my dogs will need food within the next week she said it may or may not be in stock. This was for 22 lb bag of food the 28 lb bag is in stock . I asked for refund as I don’t just have $$$ sitting around to allow $140 to hang until when ever they get food in stock. This is a service for our fur babies . Horrible to not automatically refund, horrible to not offer 4 smaller bags or even one larger as substitute Going back to chewy

I use to love how the groomers took care of my dog. Haven was amazing and did exactly like I asked. Apparently they are under new management and got rid of the professionals and hired staff that are clueless. Took my dog there 2 x after changes. The first time wasn’t great but this last time she looks like a rat. So disappointing!! We Will not be back!!

Such a great store, employees are nice & their remodel looks great. Nice area for kitties that need home & the vet area. Seems like they could organize the vet area a bit better, but it looks great. A good variety of items there too even for a smaller store.
