It would be great if they actually delivered my packages like they say they do. I’ve had several packages say delivered in/at mailbox and there’s nothing there. It’s getting quite ridiculous. It would also be nice if they actually answered the phone.

I love our offices here Interlachen. The employees are awesome. Having said that, I mailed my medications to my daughter in NY state . I mailed them prior to Christmas ( December 16, )and I sent them first class , 3 day and the expected time was Saturday or Monday which would have been the 19th or the 21st of December. As of January 1st, the package was tracked to Albany NY. My daughter lives in Troy . My infusion date is tomorrow, my appointment has been cancelled, ( Dec 31st,,,)and now I can't get in before I have to come home to Interlachen. The medication ( valued at 4,300.00,) will be expired and no good. I am looking at February before I get it, which puts me a month behind . Not a problem for most people, but most aren't breast cancer patients. Plus, I have to eat the price of the medication. A hard thing to do when you get disability checks once a month. Again, not the fault of the Interlachen, but it's a problem for the whole system. I realize that Christmas delivery is slow due to covid, but 19 days is unacceptable. Of course, due to the holidays, the earliest it can be received will be January 4th or 5th. Yes, I could have paid 45+ bucks for overnight delivery which is also ridiculous. My nephew's Christmas card/ present, mailed the same time, again to NY, came December 31st. Again, totally unacceptable! .. I'm very disappointed with the USPS and won't be sending anything else through their facilities.

I want to thank Troy for his courteous and friendly manner while assisting patrons. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Wish more people in public service were like him!
