When we ordered from the kiosk, I made sure to order my meal with no onions since I'm allergic, but couldn't find another area to make note within system that I am allergic. Of course there were onions on my burger, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. My husband took up my meal to get it replaced, and the person who spoke to him at the counter wanted to simply take the onions off. That would've been no good for anyone since my throat closes with just the juice from the sliced onions. Only after my husband made them pressed the actual allergy did the person take the meal to the back and remake it. They didn't take the receipt with the rest of the special order to my burger, so it was made like normal, but without onions. This new setup seemed cold and clinical. We read the sign to go to order from the kiosk, and a number is called to pickup the order. The only time we saw employees on the floor was to check trash.

They have become better at efficiency than in previous times in the past. Food is always good. Yet, I ordered again a hamburger with no cheese and nothing else but, pickle and lettuce. They just can't seem to get that part right, anytime I order. Shakes are the bomb of course! Service at the drive thru was curious.

The food is great but if you decide to dine expect to wait even longer for the food than the drive thru. Also it's really bothers me that teamwork isn't a priority there. All the staff do is bicker to each other and just be mean to each other. A good work place should be chill and be enjoyable for the staff and it's sucks that they say means thing to each other.
