Website seems to be down a lot. When I can get it to come up, it is lacking in comparison to other Florida county property appraiser websites. Hopefully, someone is working on this.

I assume you’re talking about the Putnam County Property Appraiser’s office. They do appraise properties, but those appraisals are really only for property tax purposes. If you’re trying to find out how much you might be able to sell your house for, you can use the county Property Appraiser’s appraisal, but those appraisals don’t usually reflect the home’s fair market value. You’d be better off just doing a Google search for “home appraisers near me” and contact one of those private companies.
