Im I'm bit irritated about the customer service I'm receiving. There are 2 girls working the counter right now, I walked in wasn't greeted at all and stood there for way too long waiting to be helped while the girls chatted and laughed about how cute the last male customer was. Finally one them turn around and sees me walks up and doesn't say a word. So i just said what I wanted and she still said nothing. I paid for my food and waited. While waiting they called out a customers name about 3 times the customer come up and collecta their order and as soon as the customer was gone one girl says to the other that was so annoying. I think it's super unprofessional and rude to talk about customers like that. They were to busy with what they were talking about that my order was wrong. I'm just so disappointed with this place, no one even offered to fix my meal. I doubt I'll ever come back thank a lot.

Got the spicy Korean beef noodles to go. It was good and all, but it was covered with so much oil and a lot left over at the bottom . Still would come again to try the dishes & looks like they are under staff.

1st time here. Nor really impressed. Ordered mac n cheese...paid for extra cheese. NOT very cheesy. I would have expected my ingredients and sauce to be an all in one (all mixed together), but was very disappointed to find very minimal effort as it was just a basic bowl with everything I wanted (in the dish) sprinkled on top. Not a good 1st experience, and definitely not enough to make me come back ☹️ Update.. after reviewing, and then looking at all the reviews, I would like to add that the "owner" is very sporadic with responses, they are all auto generated, and it seems by the time table of reviews, that NOTHING is improving. Very sad that 80% of reviews are 3 stars or below, and the same issues keep coming up.
