I would not recommend this practice. First, when I called to schedule, I was not informed that my appointment was with the Physician Assistant. I don't mind seeing the PA, however, this should be the patient's choice and it should be disclosed upon scheduling. Next, when I arrived for my appointment I was told that I had to pay $75. I have insurance that pays 80% of the allowable amount and my deductible was met. The evaluation itself felt like a waste of time. I declined unnecessary x-rays. Upon check out, the front desk was insistent that I complete a survey and rate them on 1-5 stars. I didn't feel comfortable doing this and declined despite the multiple requests. Finally, I am still dealing with an ongoing billing error. They billed my insurance for x-rays that were not performed. I was able to reached the billing person after 2 unreturned voicemails. She said they will send a corrected bill to my insurance company which I am still waiting on. Once that is done, I will have to hassle them to refund me for the overcharged amount of the pre-payment. What a headache this has been.

Dr Tedder was very nice the one time that I seen him but his staff has been rude and they assumed that I was lying when they first met me until they seen my results and now they won't fix my hand. I have cried to them and said that I can't pick up my 3 year old. They said another place took my insurance but turns out that they don't and so now I have to call my insurance to try to find another place all because they apparently have too many people. They didn't treat me like they should have so that's why they only get 1 star.

Had my first visit 9/14/2020 Dr Tedder was funny and very caring. He treated me like a person and not a paycheck. Was told I need surgery and that they will help me through this. The x-ray tech was amazing talked to me like I was a friend and not a new patient. Would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff are amazing. Only spent few mins. with him but he was very nice. With that said it would be nice to here back from them. Went there for my knees, was told by his assistant and another staff member that my right knee was bone and it too as my left one has a torn meniscus. Was told to bring my daughter in, was under impression he was going to talk to me & daughter & when will be my surgery date. Nope, . . Haven't heard a thing after I was sent to rehabilitation for weight loss. Never an explanation, I know my thyroid is on overload but , I have seen many women in there that are way bigger than myself. ( not defending, I wish I could lose weight, back problems, shoulder, neck, biceps, knees have made it hard to bend, stand in one place, walk. Etc. Well.insurance will NOT COVER weight loss. So been calling leaving messages for 2 weeks. Not a word back from either. I am done but will not go back on due date to see how my PT was for them to get money for telling me what I already know & they know.
