I been treated pretty bad I this location somehow yesterday this wonderful black lady that take my order was so nice and educated and kind and also my order was right for the first time.....KFC give this lady a raise

This place is a train wreck! Placed online order, was not ready at noted time. They don't start making online or mobile orders until all orders are cleared first and you arrive. Was not able to get order due to several previous orders being wrong. They have to spend more time fixing what they messed up rather than taking time to do it right. This place won't stay in business long, closing at 7 due to staffing issues and incorrect orders. We won't be back unless management changes.

Exactly what we expected. It was nice to be able to once again eat in their dining room, which btw was very clean and sanitary.

Was basically accused of trying to get away with 4 extra biscuits that I paid for thru the drive thru window. Bought a family fill up and ordered 4 extra biscuits. Biscuits weren't in bag so went in to get them. Was told I had to show the food I got ,so went to car and took bag inside just do the little boy from drive up window could jerk the top off of chicken and say there's your biscuits have a nice day. So I said I paided for 4 extra and since I was basically accused of trying to get 4 biscuits for free to give me my money back.Never ever will I go back in any KFC
