It has multiple rehearsal rooms, I was practicing with a 4 piece band and it served its purpose. I have no idea what the rate per hour is, but it should be standard to the Tampa Area. There was another band rehearsing in the adjacent studio and some on the sound while minor did spill into our area... but honestly not enough to interfere with our session... So good from practice and regular if you plan on recording if another band is in the other studio... Also, there was a basic drum set, bass amp, guitar amp and a small PA System... so you can either use there equipment or bring your own... One more thing...the place has no external sign... so it can prove to be a bit challenging to find it....
