Brenda my per-op nurse was OUTSTANDING!! So attentive and patient and caring. Somehow she managed to put my IV in my hand without ANY pain (that has never happened before and unfortunately I have been in the ER/hospital enough to have something to compare it too). Just wonderful experience. Heidi my post-op nurse was also very caring, attentive and patient. I was impressed with my experience. Thank you!!

I had eyelid surgery with Dr. Mohadjer last Friday. Every person from the receptionist to the nurses to the Anesthesiologist and Dr. Mohadjer, herself, were excellent and exceeded my expectations. First, the nurse got my IV in first try. That's not an easy task on me and almost never happens. Second, everyone was kind, funny, lighthearted and truly made me feel comfortable and as if they cared for me. I highly recommend Bardmoor Surgery Center.

I have been in many a surgery center. The good people at Bardmoor Surgery Center (They have always been goodbut this is for this surgery) were top notch and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional and if someone made eye contact with me, they spoke; hello, how are you?, anything I can do for you?. You get the picture. When I was wheeled into the O.R. the nice and professional kicked up knotch. If I was nervous going in, that nervous went away quick. They were all about making me comfortable. The Nurse Anesthetist was fantastic. She treated me as though I had never been in surgery before and explained every step of what they were going to do and again as they did it. But she end finished with a great sentence: Don't worry, I am here for you and i'll take good care of you. Very pleased with everything.

My experience at the Bardmoor surgery Center couldn't have been better. Deborah, my pre-op nurse was incredible. If I had to have surgery again, I hope she would be my nurse. She took her time and made sure everything went as it needed to. She thoroughly answered 99% of my questions except for a couple the Dr. needed to answer. She was patient and so supportive. She made me feel as calm as I could in that situation. I actually can't believe how calm I was. And Heidi, another pre-op nurse filled in for Deborah when she was busy with other patients. She was excellent as well and just as supportive. And there were other support staff, possibly nurses, but I'm not sure, that helped me as well. I never felt ignored or concerned. They operated as a well-run machine. It couldn't have been better. And Dr. Greene, the surgeon, talked with me before the surgery and answered all of my additional questions about what to expect during and after the surgery. He had a great "Bedside manner" and he was just as patient and supportive as everyone else. And Adele, the RN assisting Dr Greene during the surgery, also stopped by to talk with me before the surgery. She held my right hand and talked to me to distract me when Deborah was putting the IV in. It was so nice. I'm assuming she also cleaned me up after the surgery (blood and who knows what all over my face during/after the surgery) so when I looked at my face post-surgery, I didn't actually look too bad. And I can't forget the anesthesiologist. He was an older gentleman and talked to me as well about what to expect as far as going "out" and what he was going to do. He always had a smile on his face and the fact he was older gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing and this was going to be a walk in the park. Everyone did an excellent job and my recovery has been remarkable. I'm only two days post surgery. I have no pain (and not on any pain meds), very little bruising which is already going away, and feel totally normal except that I can't wear my glasses on my nose. I have nothing negative to say about the experience and could go on and on about all the positives. It surpassed all of my expectations in every way. Thank you to everyone that helped me that day. You were all amazing.
