Over the years it has declined. The free weight area layout was changed a couple years ago and everyone is now on top of each other. The racks are situated in front of several benches and dumbbell racks so you’re distracted by everyone in front of you. And the equipment never gets repaired in a timely manner. Almost 3 months!!! Considering the age of some pieces of equipment it’s time it gets replaced.

The Arena Club seems to meet or exceed our expectations. We have been members for about two weeks and are extremely satisfied with the service. Since we live about 12 miles away we need to coincide our visits with out trips to Bel Air.

Technically this is a 3.5 star review. I mean I really like it here, but you also have to be completely prepared to not have access to things you’re paying for. Front desk staff is awesome. They’re always really on top of things and friendly. The space is generally clean, and staff and trainers are really observant about guests having access and being treated fairly. It’s great having a variety of pools (lap, free-swim, heated therapy for adults, and kiddie) so you’re able to exercise or take it easy. Especially in the summer months, though, be prepared to basically not have access to the lap pool — it’s taken most evenings of the week by the swim team (except for one free-swim lane). And if you do get a lane, you can be kicked out at any time for a kid to take a swim test. Same with the big sports area (basketball, boxing, and the trampolines). It’s often rented out for parties during regular operating hours . . . so if you do want to use that space, too bad. They’re essentially double booking the space because, why not, members are already paying for it. I do really like this gym, and don’t want to make this review seem all negative, but it’s frustrating to be SO often given lower priority than families because they bring in more money.

I used to work at the Arena Club and recently just became a member again and love it . The classes and trainers are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I love Shaunna and have done personal training with her! The equipment is such high quality and I feel so comfortable walking in. I've met tons of people throughout my time there already and nobody judges! It's made healthy habits so much easier and fun!

Yes, and yes
Depends if you want to play indoors or outdoors. The outdoor court is mainly open. The one indoors is also open 9/10 times. Just watch out for small children.
Might want to call to check the child care policy's and time available.
You have to bring your own
No. They will close off the rec pool and the rest will be placed under a dome during the winter. So it could be an indoor pool, but it was meant to be an outdoor one.
We are also a health club and we have a trampoline
There is a therapy center inside that offers aquatic therapy. I used to go to that center for phys. Therapy
