This is one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had in recent memory. I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick it up from the drive thru, I was informed they were out of apple pies. I was offered an apple fritter instead, which I accepted. Any other time I've encountered this situation at McDonald's, they give me a slightly more valuable item for the same price. Instead, the cashier changed my order to include an apple fritter that I barely wanted in the first place for approximately twice what I would have paid for an apple pie. I noticed too late that this change was made. Furthermore, my orange Hi-C was watered down to the point that choking down a Big Mac dry was preferable to drinking it. The drive thru at this location is difficult to pull out of due to an obstructed view of the heavily traveled frontage road connecting the restaurant to the nearby mall. I regretted not eating at the nearby Chic Fil A instead.

Order 2 sandwiches n fry. Got charged for a drink that was not ordered. Then had to wait in pick up spot for 10 mins to get my order and then received it was someone else's order. Finally got my order that was a McChicken sandwich n double cheeseburger and fry. No mayo or lettuce on one sandwich and the other sandwich was ordered with no onions but got those too. Horrible service and rude peopl

McDonald's is good for if you just want a small snack or even a meal! And the Ronald McDonald House is a very good charity to support!!

I am the supervisor in a primary care dr. Office. We ordered lunch on our apps and I went to pick it all up. When I got there, they would not give me the other orders bc I didn't have their phones with me. This is outrageous. I pick up lunch everyday and we order the same way all the time. You gotta do better McDonald's.
