I was told that Pat’s was going to please me by a trusted neighbor. He was so correct. My lawn tractor of 15 years had not been worked on by professionals for ages. I expected a huge bill for everything that needed to be done. No way! It runs like a brand new machine. I wish my doctor could do the same for me! Reasonable cost to say the least. I've always had great experience at Pats Power Equipment. Fair pricing, experience techinans. And I've always been delt with in a thoughtful way. My most recent experience they took the time to research the discontinued parts for mower, and effectively repaired it. It's never run better!! Even though there not the closest, I will always return to Pats for all my mower needs!

Went to Pat’s to purchase belts for a Husqvarna Snowblower and to get information about Kioti Tractors. Due to COVID restrictions they had lines and barriers set up with please wait here signs. I was more than happy to comply and wait, however the three employees at the counter looked at me and did not acknowledge that I was there. There were no other customers in the store, so I waited thinking they may be working on something and I would just wait. After 10 minutes of standing there waiting, I decided to just leave. I can’t offer a review on customer service or pricing as I did not receive any service while I was there. This one star review is based off of being ignored by the three employees there at the time, and the waste of time driving there from Westerly.

Fairly easy to work with, they were nice enough to throw in a cutting edge because I installed the 3rd function that I purchased, it was more of a trade off, I still paid for the labor and they put a cutting edge on which is fine by me. If there was anything to complain about it would be that when spoke about price for a tractor they said $275 a month, drove about a 9 hour round trip to purchase the tractor and the price shot up to $320ish a month with taxes and fees, and I added their insurance which was an extra $13, but I wasn’t too happy about after driving all morning to figure out that $275 wasn’t the actual price. They wouldn’t throw in a floor mat or even a oil filter for the confusion. They had me in a tight spot after all that driving... As far as dealer prep on a machine, if I’m going to pay full price I would expect the machine would come with a full tank of fuel, and all grease points to be properly greased. I had to put almost 9 gallons of fuel in the machine and about half a tube of grease. Not the end of the world, but usually if you purchase new equipment it comes ready to work a full day.
