my husband died 01/17/2022 my son had to move in because I need someone in case I fall all of a sudden we are getting calls about my son smoking he was smoking in his car for about a yr. well, that was away from the apartment. he was told he can't smoke there. he now drives around to a parking lot where there are no apts close. we still ger harassment. if someone has a grudge against us let us know we don't do anything to make enemies keep to ourselves. now we have to let them search our home

The office is helpful and friendly. The grounds are so well kept. The day I moved in the apartment was clean and well maintained. The maintenance crew are quick when called and efficient. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I would recommend Strawberry Ridge to all.

We have lived at Strawberry Ridge for almost 3 years. The Office/Maintenance is super quick to respond to any calls/requests. Claire is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make updates to the the grounds every year. The landscape/flowers look better and better each year. Every year when it is time to renew our lease we ask for updates.... (painting the front door, add a screen door to the patio, new AC filters, etc.) and they came an made the updates within days. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, the pool is great, snow removal is always quick and there is always ample parking.

My wife & I needed a place to live during the time we were looking for a house. Strawberry Ridge provided the perfect environment for us. Clair & Joe are the key to this facility being the right fit for us. We have a 4 year old son & having the pool to use during the was awesome! The events @ the clubhouse were a great way to get to know your neighbors. All seasons the grounds were kept pristine, especially the relentless determination by Joe & team to clear the snow during the blizzard we had in March of 2017. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to look into living here. Our apartment was clean, spacious & well maintained. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manor. We were very happy living there & even miss it from time to time now that we have a house.
