i was introduced to Pruess when I worked for as a groundskeeper in 1984. We used them for our repairs and parts especially when we needed stuff back fast. i have been using them on and off for the last few years for my home equipment and parts when I need to fix something. Never an issue with the staff and they always seem to know what I need to do what i want. Prices are fair and competitive.

General Repair

I have lived in Tolland county for 9 years and have to go to this facility to get parts for my machines. Every time I go into this store there is some sort of issue with the employees. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are dishonest and lied about the work they were doing to my machine. They're overpriced and charge a premium for the parts they stock. I work too hard for my money to put up with their arrogant attitudes. I will take my business to a store that can be courteous to customers.

He was a good teacher and made me feel comfortable. His ability to communicate and his extensive knowledge caused me to buy from him. Plus, he delivered the beast the same day!
