Yes. However, as I understand and am by no means an expert, the veteran must be 100% service connected, or Individual unemployability (which I fall into) or service connected for whatever is causing your dental issue. The CC clinic has a dental clinic.

Need to change address and direct deposit info. Can this be done at the Ft Myers VA clinic. I’m locked out of my account and I don’t want to sit on hold.
