Worse customer service ever!!! Tell you one thing on the phone and another in person there are plenty of more relatable car rental companies around don’t need to deal this is corrupt couch family!!!

They pulled through when Enterprise failed us. I can't say if someone didn't return a vehicle on time or they overbooked at Enterprise. Hertz just happened to have a cancelation on a better vehicle. We got in and were able to go on vacation after all.
