The last few times I visited this Starbucks there has been no seating inside! When I ask when there will be seating, the barista states that they have not been told. I don't understand since all other businesses, including other Starbucks, have returned to mostly normal, post Covid shutdown. I guess this Mgmt does not want you to stay in their store. Now that we are in the summer months, it is going to be very hot to sit outside. Today, I ordered a TALL Sweet cream cold brew and was shocked to hear her say, “that will be $5.86”! I said, “for a TALL?” No special milk ordered and I said no pumps of anything. She said, “Yes, you wanted a little foam on top and that is extra.” It cost me an extra $1.25 for that little request. Hey, that is fine if they warn you there will be an up charge, but she said nothing when I ordered. I had to ask her where that fee came from, when it clearly says on the sign above her head, that a TALL Sweet cream cold brew is $4.25. Live and learn and won’t return😕

this is honestly my favorite Starbucks location in the Orlando area. i’ve been coming here for years and have always had great experiences. the staff is super friendly and remembers faces which adds a personal touch. the drinks are consistently made well. unfortunately, there’s no indoor seating anymore since the start of the pandemic but there’s still outdoor seating. the bathrooms are password-protected now which i guess is a good thing. parking is easily accessible since it’s in a plaza.

I pick up coffee every morning at this location. Unfortunately, for the past few weeks the lack of organization is really affecting the quality of service. I always order the same: Cappuccinos. There is no more standard for this drink. Most often I get a latte based on the amount of milk in it. Then I tried to order dry and I get an espresso… I hope this review just get to the attention of the manager so better training is given. I hope to continue to go to this place but it must get better.

This has been my favorite Starbucks for years. I miss not having seats inside like we used to do, but the staff is always so nice. Several LT staff still there and always kind. (Do miss Stefan that used to be there.). Because if this and the cordial staff and card to making my 1/2 decaf drinks, you have 5 stars.
