I use to go to this area often cause it's near my commute but will for now on go the extra mile and go else where for actual service. I don't understand how they constantly screw up orders like they lack the ability to read. Literally had to go back to get the correct food I ordered Then I found out late that the 2 caramel ice coffees with cream and sugar I ordered were also wrong guess what ingredient was missing from this coffee........ The god dang caramel. Now I go home and get my ears chewed out by the misses for there incompetence.🤣😂

I went here and they took almost an hour to get two drinks ready. They told me to move up for their timer after maybe 25 to 30 minutes and gave the person behind me who just pulled up their things. Then they were serving the person inside who just walked in while I was still waiting. Then they said the drinks got messed up and will have to make new ones. They were so bad I had to pour them out. Mine started turning this brown color and it is not supposed to do that. By the time I poured them out mine was almost all brown. I would give zero stars if I could.
