Not surprised it has 1.6 stars Lol. I think it'd have less if people weren't required to put at least 1 star to write the review. Well Joe over at the leasing office is wonderful! He's of great help and very friendly. There's a lady that fills in when he's not there and she has terrible manners. I'm not sure what her name is and quite frankly i don't care lol. Anyway upon moving in, first week i discovered a hole in my bread that was sitting on the counter. I was disgusted because I was not told there were mice here. I freaked out and called the office and management and I was told "it's to be expected, due to the location of the apartments and that 399 other apartments had mice" i wanted to vomit. I was upset but I took it upon myself to buy insulation foam and cover up ALL the possible entries. It partly worked but once in a while they'd (the mice) would find their way in through the floor vents. Anyway aside from the mice & the terrible smell (mold) it's a nice place to live. Quiet, Secluded, Private, people mind their own business. There's a playground(run down), a pool, a place to walk & a basketball court. Maintenance is ok. It really depends on who you get. It's ok here. The apartments are also very spacious & somewhat well kept. Laundry in every building. You get access to every building (master key) lots of parking ect... Would I recommend? Yes as i said just get insulation foam and get mice traps(or a cat). Would I live here again after my lease? Absolutely NOT lol. Good luck!

Well where to start, they have 2 maintenance guys for over 50 buildings they do a decent job but are constantly behind on work orders. My modern laundry facility has 1 washer and 1 dryer for 8 apartments, oh and my dryer hasn't worked in 2 months. As far as secure buildings the front door on the building on either side of my building are broken and have been broken for years. Snow removal is a joke, and there's always trash on the ground. The owner went through over the summer, so instead of making improvements he decided to plant a couple of trees. The only good thing about this place is the school district my son graduates in 2 years and I will be moving.l

When we moved into our apartment, it looked like it was well maintained. However, our building's front door frequently does not close all the way, and therefore anyone can get into the building. Our shower leaked for weeks, and we had maintenance come in to repair it, but it still leaks to this day. We also had a water damage on the ceiling and stains on the ceiling and walls. We called them to come in and take a look, but they only painted over the stains (with a different shade) and then left scuff marks on the wall with their ladder, so it looks awful. There was missing grout in the bathroom floor tile, and the maintenance filled the gaps with clear silicone, which is also unsightly, not to mention hair and debris gets stuck to it. They did not use a water resistant paint in the bathroom so moisture clings and causes mold to grow on the ceiling and walls above the shower. (I’m allergic to mold, by the way, so this gives me splitting migraines.) The hallways of the buildings are stained up and filthy, and infested with mosquitoes that frequently find their way into the apartments. Not to mention they smell absolutely disgusting. The lawns are covered in litter and trash, and the parking areas are too small so usually I have to park at a different building’s lot. They require that we pick up our dog poop, however, they do not provide any outdoors public trash receptacle to put it in so we have to bring it into the apartment to discard it, which smells horrible. When we first moved in, there was broken glass all over the pavement in front of our building. It has been almost 7 months now, and the glass is STILL there. My biggest issue with this establishment was the fact that we had called them and asked about getting our puppy, and cleared it with the office. We have had her for 2 months and we just got a letter at the door saying we have an “illegal” dog, and that she has to be removed or else we will be evicted. They have a “weight limit” for dogs, which she exceeds slightly, however, there are plenty animals much larger than her that live in these buildings. We have obeyed every rule and regulation that has been thrown at us (even the one that states you can’t leave your car in a parking spot for more than 7 days or it will be towed), but the fact that they are trying to make us give up our sweet little girl is unacceptable. We have never left her poop outside, she has never attacked anyone, she does not bark uncontrollably and disturb people, and she has damaged no property. In fact, all the children love her and want to play with her when we go out, and even the maintenance guys will stop to say hi and give her love because she is so friendly. If you want to move here, do not have high standards of living, because it seems that this establishment only cares to collect a check, and nothing more.

Since I moved in 10 months ago I have had issues with Air conditioning, heat, dishwasher, toilet, refrigerator and mold. My air conditioning didn't work from day 1 and still doesn't. At the time they told me it was a brand new unit and now I am being told it is old and needs to be replaced entirely. The only issue is every time I call and leave a message or talk to someone they say they will get back to you, but never do. My refrigerator stopped working and they didn't come for 2 days and I had to throw everything out. The dishwasher leaked it's entire water contents into my kitchen. My heat didn't work for the first month and half that I needed it. The solution was to give me two little space heaters and to only run them if needed because of how much electricity they use. I have a dog in the apartment and there were times where I had to remove her and bring her elsewhere because it was unsafe for her to be in the apartment during the day with no heat/air. I have a call into the General Manager at this point, however I don't expect to get much of a response from him either.

Questions & Answers

Do you pay gas and electric? Or just gas? When setting up my national grid, it says only gas...

Weird... here they only seem to pay for water and sewage. I set up a national grid for gas and three months later they were asking for proof of an electric bill. I'm not sure why they didn't require it when I moved in
