We rented a 1 bed/1 bath to search for the perfect condo. Laura’s communication pre-move was excellent and easy to follow. The unit was clean and everything worked as expected. The property was well maintained and a short walk to great shops and bar/restaurants in Gulfport. I highly recommend Seaside Villas and their excellent management.

I wish I could give sea side villas a better review but after the recent incident of catching a tenant STALKING and PEEPING in my BEDROOM window, unfortunately I cannot. When I went to the management about this problem, Laura got really defensive. So I requested Laura to contact the owner of Sea Side Villas, which she had no problem doing. The owner’s tone was heavily unconcerned and treated me like I was the problem instead of wanting to help stop the tenant that is stalking me. Laura told me to “take care” of the stalker myself. I highly suggest you do not rent at sea side villas if you want to live safely and comfortably. They do not care about your safety or well being. Another recent incident was someone had gotten robbed in the parking lot of sea side villas trying to get into their car. There are plenty of other apartments and houses in Gulfport that are WAY BETTER than sea side villas. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. EDIT: As you can see by their reply below none of the managers are the least bit of professional or concerned about the people who rent here. Because Laura did, in fact, tell me to "take care" of the stalker myself. I strongly advise you to look somewhere safer to live. Sea Side Villas is not what you think it is.

I lived at Seaside Villas for one year. At the beginning of my lease everything was great. Things took a turn for the worst in March of 2020. We were told that the sea wall needed to get replaced and would only take a month to complete. That was back in March, well it's October and the project is still not complete. They have had issue with people breaking into cars in the parking lot and there was an incident where a guy pulled out a gun and robbed someone right below my apartment 225.

Laura, the leasing agent has become useless. She doesn't arrive until mid morning and leaves mid afternoon. She has stopped doing her daily check walks around the property, does not address the increased resident's concerns of filthiness in laundry rooms or general garbage scattered on property in grass and parking lots. In addition, the elevators are continually broken. Yet, there residents in wheelchairs and others that require use of a walker and cannot walk up and down steps. Change elevator maintenance companies if they can't fix it. Laura will be pleasant until you sign the lease, then the I don't care attitude begins.
