Ordered 2 of their new Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and to our disappointment, both were missing the Jalapeños and the Fiesta Strips. It's hard to try one of their new menu items when you don't get what comes IN them.

Came here since I needed to use the restroom. It's about time I say this. GO GREEN!! Almost every taco bell location that I use the restrooms at have paper towels. SWITCH TO HAND DRYERS!! It's frustrating how even McDonald's can do better than this at almost all their locations. Hand dryers clearly reduce paper waste in landfill. Paper Towels just makes it worse..

I have not been to a Taco Bell in a very long time. I decided to try again and I was highly disappointed in the overall experience. I went inside and was able to order fairly quickly. Then I had a very long wait. They also did not look under staffed. That was frustrating enough. Then after I received my food they seemed to ensure they gave me just lettuce & tomatoes. I ordered chicken combo. I think maybe 4 little pieces of chicken mixed in. For the prices they charge ($9 a meal) that was beyond disappointing on portions and service. I truly hope this was an isolated experience, but I don't think I will visit again in along time.
