it took over 30 minutes to get 3 pieces of french toast and we were the only people in the restaurant. My food was cold, and the best they could do about it was offer me a 10% discount. The service was very very slow, and the restaurant was not sanitary and it smelt like mold. Will not be going back.

First off the it appears there were only two employees working one Cook and one server who I think was a manager and was very nice. We were driving through Bismarck about 1:00 am and were really happy to find them open. We were seated promptly and our order was taken promptly everything was good until the Cook and the manager started arguing in the kitchen. It was quite entertaining actually. Apparently the Cook was new and didn't know the menu quite well enough yet but took offense to the manager/server correcting him when the food wasn't coming out right for the record ours didn't either but it was corrected and the guy could Cook the food was very good. Someone just needs to let them know at that octave that they were exchanging words at the whole restaurant could hear them.

My wife had the 55+ order of turkey and stuffing. I ordered the BLT with tater tots. Our drinks were refilled once and could have used one more refilling. The waitress never asked if we wanted dessert, which we did. If the care had been taken for these two items, this review would have been 5 stars.

Absolutely the slowest service I have ever received anywhere. The food was ok at best. The place wasn't that busy and we watched a large group wait 45 minutes for someone to seat them. The waitress argued over who's section was who's, making it obvious that management lacked there. I won't ever eat at this Perkins again.

They'll most likely have you written down but won't prepare much until you arrive because it's a Saturday, people will be in line, and I've never seen them take proper reservations. Your best bet is to not only call and let them know, but also call day of both in the morning and when you're on your way.
Dining room is currently open; "masks required" sign posted on entry door which staff all appeared to follow as well as customers entering/exiting. However the customers dining at the tables were maskless & distancing/sanitization practices remained unclear.
