Our family rolled into the drive-thru as "those people" who hit minutes before close with 3 hungery kids under 9 and not entirely sure Google had the correct hours listed. Ani was absolutely incredible and made our evening, engaged with our kids and made us feel welcome even though we had an order for 5 so close to midnight. The rest of the staff working as well was just as friendly and understanding! Amazing customer service all the way around.

Worst run Wendy’s I’ve ever seen and I once saw one trying to still serve food with a sewer backed up and wasted all over the floors. Whoever works nights apparently doesn’t seem concerned honoring their hours of operation. Routinely closes early, they don’t deserve your business.

DONT GO! I got in the drive thru line and the line did not move for 20 minutes at all. I could not leave, too many cars behind me. When I got to the speaker they took my order 10 minutes after that and another 10m to get to the window. A total of 40 minutes of waiting for fast food. Or (Move as fast and do what I want food) I realized the red flag, when workers move slow its usually because of low moral. The girl did not have my order ready and she kept asking around for it. She was wearing a pants that was way too big and dirty and looked like it had not been washed for weeks. The male cook was palming and handing burgers to the dinning room cashier and take out window cashier individually one burger at a time while milling around. Both the male cook & the inside cashier were wearing stained designer blue jeans. When I got the order the fries was so cold like hours old cold fries. So that food went straight in to the trash. I wasn't going to chance it! It's obvious the staff is trying to sink the ship.

I can't tell you how excited I was to eat at Wendy's considering it's been a very long time since we don't have one in Williston. I was on a road trip with a friend and we look forward to going there all day. It was honestly the worst quality of food I've ever received from a Wendy's. Our french fries were definitely not hot and crispy and our chicken sandwiches seemed to be of a much lesser quality than they used to be or what we were expecting. The iced tea was delicious I will say that.
