I have been a loyal costumer for years. However, my last purchase was a big disappointment. I purchased a dining table with chairs at the Cortez store. They told me the table was on stock, but when I got to the warehouse it was not on stock. They told me it will arrive at the warehouse within a month. I got the the table and chairs almost two months later. I picked up my order at the warehouse, and I did not open the box right away because my husband works out of town. It was too heavy for me. When my husband returned from out of town, he tried to assemble the table. Then he noticed the table was damaged. I called costumer service and they told me they will send a technician to repair the table. A technician came to my house and repaired (glued) the table. I was not satisfied how the table looked after the repair. I tried to return it or at least get store credit. However, they don’t even gave me store credit. Returns are approved within 7 days from the pick day. According to them, I took too long to return it. I feel like I was flexible with them, but they were not flexible with me with their 7 day return policy. I had a bad experience, I don’t think I will shop there anymore:(

I went in the store on 5-13-22 and purchased two end tables, a media table for the TV, 3 lamps and a rug. The tables were at the warehouse so I told them I would pick them up. Rachel and Will who had helped me brought the lamps out to my car and placed them in the back. I went straight to the warehouse and when I opened the hatch to the back of my vehicle I immediately saw a dent in the side of the floor lamp with some paint chipping. The men from the warehouse then brought my table out in boxes and placed them in my car, and they were no where near the lamp. I called the store and Rachel transferred me to Eddie. He immediately told me I could bring the lamp back but they would only give me a store credit. I had just bought it. He then proceeded to try to blame the warehouse guys who hadn’t even loaded my tables until after I saw the damage to the lamp. Then he told me that I took it out of the store and I should have looked at it better in the store. Once back at the store Rachel saw me and wouldn’t even come to talk to me. Eddie went to the counter with me at which time he processed the credit and I told him to refund the media table as I would buy it elsewhere. He told me it would take 7 days for my refund to be in my account which was ok. I left the store and called the South Sarasota store and they had the same lamp. I dealt with Evan there. He was so nice and helpful. He even applied the credit to the new lamp so it was no charge to me. I told him I wanted to order the media table from him. When he checked the computer it showed that the Bradenton store had gone in the computer after I left and ordered another one stating “customer still wants” and used my refund to do this. They had no permission to do this and we’re basically stealing my refund money so that their clerk Rachel would get credit for the sale. I was astounded. I spoke to the manager in the evening and told him what happened and he said he would deal with the employee who did it and make sure no one got credit for the sale. I encountered the worst customer service I have ever had with Eddie who was very argumentative and still tried to blame me because I didn’t notice it before I left the store. In the future if I need anything from them I will shop at the South Sarasota store even though it isn’t convenient to me.

We live in Bar Harbor, ME and have purchased a second home in Bradenton, FL. Before coming down for vacation and closing, I called and spoke with Keith (Manager) about our need to fully furnish our home. He had great advise and explained their approach/pricing model. We spent six hours with Keith yesterday carefully planning all of our selections. Keith has a great eye for detail, was very attentive, and was not pushy at all. Based on our experience, I would HIGHLY recommend both Furniture Warehouse in Bradenton and more specifically Keith. Can’t wait to get all of our furniture over the next couple of months. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. 😊🛋🛏

We relocated to Central Florida and needed to furnish the whole House. Eduardo Valbuena was our salesperson. I ordered everything online and he was extremely helpful with availability and delivery options. This will be our furniture store in the future and will recommend to our family and friends. We are extremely happy with all the furniture and super satisfied with the service. Our delivery guy was also friendly and helpful. Overall we had an amazing experience.
