If i could give 0 stars i would of. I came to this property looking for an apartment and the property manager has very poor customer service. She is very rude needs training so she can give better service to new potencial tenants

I walked in to the office leasing information I was greeted with attitude and bad customer service the property manager seems to not be qualified to run that community.

I’ve lived here almost 4 years and I love it. The staff, Abby and the others are great! I’m in the process of getting a lung transplant and they’ve been more than helpful. I’m making a little garden outside my front door to have some peaceful to go.

I have lived here for 5 years. I really can't complain. It's sad that only people with negative comments would post but the people that have positive comments rarely do. I have never had issues with maintenance coming to do their job on time. I never had issues with the people in the office. I read on here that the office smells like smoke. That is a complete false statement. We hold events there for the community 1 or 2 times a month. It is always clean and smells great. Yes you will always have some that cause issues but staff has been doing a great job at cleaning the community up. So my suggestion is, drive around when school kids are out of school and check it out for yourself. Just cause its low income doesnt mean its trash.

At this time they don't have anything available. Rent is about $800. a month. I'm not sure about being controlled. Income requirements: 6 months Statements checking, 1 mo. Savings, 6 months pays tubs. They will call or email you if they have anything more from you.

I dont live there was visiting a friend when there. But in that area mist 1 bedroom apartments start at $550-$700. Try Oasis apartments off Piedmont Wekiva Road Apopka FL. Its setting is very peaceful and their 1 bedroom efficiencies are very nice and go for $550 a month. They allow animals and have a few ponds that are relaxing and a pool area and workout room. Dont know if any are open now though but they are worth a try.
I dont personally live there. I had a friend that lived there but she moved because she got transferred. But when i visited her they were always nice and quiet. Not loud with blazzing music.
Yes there's a wait list. But keep checking ppl move out all the time.
