Staff and Doctor were very nice. Doctor had a great personality and made my daughter feel comfortable. He was very kind, patient and thorough. Second times we’ve seen him and he was great.
Just a person Honestly
The staff was very kind and organized. They were attentive to my needs and the weight was not too long considering how busy they were when I arrived. Joanna Kemp was my doctor and she was marvelous. She listened and talked to me and took care of my needs and made me feel like I was the only one she was concerned with that moment. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely go back if I have need

I made an appointment online for my Mother who had fallen. I wanted to have her hand and wrist X-rayed to be sure nothing was broken. Aside from a small wait (glad I had an appointment), once we were taken back the staff was courteous an profession. My mother has dementia and they were very kind to her. Thankfully nothing was broken and we were on our merry way!

I would love to give carespot a 5 star review because the PA and MA were outstanding! But the receptionist was very rude. I'm a medical receptionist and I could never treat people the way she did. How about a little compassion, maybe some eye contact, or even a smile? She was downright rude and it was a very unpleasant experience. Thank goodness the actual medical care my 6yr old received was top notch.

If you have insurance it will depend on your plan. I have a deductible to meet each year so when I went it cost me about 180.00 I think. It was applied to my deductible.
