Fried shrimp and crab cakes were really good. Mac and cheese and red bean and rice were also good. Tossed salad was a nice surprise. Onion rings on the thin side. They have 2 containers for ice tea, unfortunately both were sweet tea.

Food is always served hot and fresh. Highly recommended if you love shrimp. Catfish and crabcakes are delicious as well.

Had shrimp, onion rings and macaroni absolutely delicious. Great little place could have eaten a whole additional meal.

I used to visit this location pretty frequently between 2015 and 2016. I came here on a Friday afternoon recently and I’m happy to say that the quality has not changed much. I ordered the fried shrimp lunch special with cornbread, macaroni and cheese, as well as a side of onion rings. I think the shrimp and sauce were a really great combination and I also feel like the shrimp wasn’t overcooked which was a plus. The macaroni was packed with flavor, not extremely salty and had the right amount of cheese. The onion rings were on the skinny side and I do feel like they were fried a little bit too much so I didn’t particularly enjoy those but the sauce did make them better. The cornbread was on the sweeter side it was also moist. I really enjoyed it though if you’re not a fan of sweet cornbread it might be a little bit different but with everything mixed together it tasted even better. I do wish the portion sizes were a bit bigger. The interior of the restaurant was a little bit messy but I think it was one of their busier hours. They also didn’t seem to have a station with extra napkins which I thought was weird.

As of yet, No. This place is worth the drive, the wait, the line. You must take in the warmth of the Southern Hospitality as you enjoy the Southern Comfort Food!
I like the shrimp because they're not full of bread. when you actually bite into the shrimp, you actually bite shrimp and not a lot of bread crust
Yes..it is already open in Publix plaza in the Longwood/Jamestown area on 434.
