This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Multiple times I’ve been told my prescriptions were ready… only to show up and they weren’t. I stopped in last week to get 3 prescriptions filled and was told they’d be ready the next day. Again…They weren’t. Came back today to find only 2 had been filled. The tech told me I needed to stand in the 12-person deep line to “drop-off” that prescription. Even though I have a standing prescription in the system for all 3 and they’re supposed to be auto-filled for me each month. At least that’s what the equally terrible CVS app shows. I never thought I’d wish for a Walgreen’s to be closer to me.

Believe all of the negative reviews. I have been told over the phone my scripts were ready.. just to get here and they tell me to come back in a few hours lol! The people who work here, I strongly believe have little to no pharmacy experience! In fact, I don't think I have ever seen a white coat pharmacist working in the back😂 laughable that they closed their drive thru, and changed their hours from 10am-6pm weekdays and 10-4pm weekends, to be even more inaccessible! I recommend planning ahead 3-4days if you can.. If not, change Pharmacies!

I picked up a prescription for my husband. First that was a huge problem & a nightmare itself just trying to get it. I get it home to him, it's not the right medicine it's not even the doctor who prescribed it! I don't know how they messed it up, we're in our early 30s not like we take tons of meds & they just filled 1 of his other meds. They gave me a random antibiotic & he wasn't even prescribed an antibiotic! Glad he looked at it & didnt just started taking it! I tried to call multiple times & every time waited on hold for more than 15 minutes & no one ever answered! Also, why do they keep the drive through shut down? It's currently pouring rain & the drive thru is once again shut down so I had to drag my children in the rain in the store again😡

The worse service I have ever experienced!! Arrived at 1:26pm, was the only customer in line, 5 to 6 people working in pharmacy at that time, stepped to counter and employee closed gate in my face, and only said as she turned away " wish people would read the sign we close for lunch from 1:30-2:00 for lunch" and at that time it was only 1:28pm. I will take my little bit of business to Walmart pharmacy from this point on, be ware service is horrible and store is a huge mess.
