I feel ver safe when visiting this Talbots. They do an excellent job at cleaning and making me feel safe to shop. This is my favorite Talbots. The sales people are always very helpful and. Courtesy. I go here often.

Talbot's is my basics go-to for decades from professional dress to retirement casual. I stopped last evening about half hour before closing. I was greeted very cooly. I knew what I wanted, and asked about colors available and size variances between what was marked woman and on another plus....I tried them on and there were significant differences. She said they are the same....well they are not! When I wanted to inquire with 3 tops in my hand, she looked at me and said, "All set?" Hell no, I wasn't "all set"...I had questions, I asked, prodded and I suggested checking a catalog...she said, I'll check on line. The item was pulled up on a mini pad...I saw dots for various colors...this was the most rude unhelpful person I ever met in Talbot's. I had to ask to see, and hold, the screen so I could choose the color I wanted...she never offered that there were other colors. I'm tech savvy, and Talbot's savvy...I selected the color I wanted, she said "you want this color?". ....uh...really? She rang up the sale with my Talbot's card, and sent me on my way...a little less chilly than before, but not up to the friendly Talbot's standard of service I've been used to. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe a refresher course in Talbot's charm school?

Needed a blouse for an interview. Another store called and asked them to hold it until I could get there (which she did). Helped me to determine size and fit and provided exceptional service!
