I love Geeksquad everybody is always helpful, kind, and attentive. In getting my AirPods repaired, Colton was very professional and helpful as well as Yasmien who’s also currently helping with another ongoing repair I have. There was also a young guy with long black hair who assisted me today (Monday 8/22) who was very helpful and nice, I’m sorry I forgot his name but I hope the review can reach him too. They’re all very pleasant and I appreciate all their help, they’re always working so hard. Thank you!

Called to get a price on a common fix, rellace cmos/internal battery, couldnt get an estimated price. Ok if this is your specialty, computer repair, you should be able to tell me approximately how much to replace an internal battery, I even had the part number. No, they want you to drive all the way to the store, tell them everything you told them on the phone when making the appointment and then they will give you an estimate. No thanks. You're wasting people's time.

The final straw with this squad! We ordered a new electric range over 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems with delivery. My husband and I have taken off work 4 different days now and have waited around to have either no one show up or (my personal favorite) the installation team show up... WITH NO RANGE TO INSTALL. Each time we've called customer care, they apologize and say when is the next best time to deliver? We've been available for them, how come they cannot find a way to be available to us? When we don't go to work, we loose money... they've cost us more than just our time and they don't seem to care at all. Now today, they were scheduled from 9am-1pm, my husband is home waiting and at 12PM we get a call saying they're running late and will be there more around 2PM. Constant disappointment from this team. This was our first and last delivery from the Best Buy Geek Squad.

They had to ship my phone to Apple for a replacement. I told them the only way to contact me was via email (I even made them write it on my file), and that I had a trip coming up and needed my phone ASAP. My trip came and went, and I didn't hear back. I tried calling, no response. I emailed and was informed my phone was there. When I loaded my replacement phone I had three voicemails from Best Buy that my phone had arrived five days before my trip. They were super nice, but why would you call my cell if you have my cell in your possession?

Are you able to upgrade the os to Mojave?
You can book an appointment but I don't what the cost would be if you do not have an account with them. I would call first and talk to them.
