Absolutely fantastic. She explained not only what to do but why. Once that was explained, everything was easy to understand and retain. She is personable, covers a ton, and keeps the pace moving while ensuring everyone has a full understanding. By far the best CPR, AED, First Aid training I have ever gotten. I am SO GRATEFUL that she explained WHY you need to do what you need to do, how it is making things work in the body. Highly recommended.

She is absolutely the best instructor I've had. I left feeling even more confident in my skills. She is a real educator and makes the class enjoyable while making sure everyone leaves feeling confident they have the best training to do what they need to do in the event of an emergency.
