This place is lucky it’s even getting one star. I will not be going back ever again. This is my second appointment where I have been very disappointed with my haircut. I asked for exactly what I wanted. I’m sorry that it’s so difficult to listen. I wanted a trim, and I walk out looking like a hairless mole rat. Very upset
