Glorified call transfer center. That’s it. And majority of the time they give you a random phone number that either doesn’t work, or has absolutely nothing to do with what you need. Dozens of calls later to numerous numbers, but thank the lord they gave me the number to Protective Services when I was asking about Medicaid. Seriously, screw the state of Florida and all its state workers. Essential my a$$.

I opened an my access account and they closed it the second day and this happened two times already. I called for help and they would not give me info of what I should do. They are very rude and nasty.

Can I give a - sign. NO ever answers. If you hold on 3 hours they disconnect the call. There are timely matters that must be answered how can anyone do that if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES/ what a disgrace.

DCF Came to our house 3-4 different time because of reported abuse. Multiple cases have been opened and closed within a matter of weeks. Nothing has changed, the verbal abuse is still a constant thing in the household. its sad to see nothing change, while the fighting, arguments, and threats from my dad still are a daily. Thanks DCF, i feel utterly alone and hopeless at this point.
