The Tire Choice of Lakeland will not hesitate to waste your hard earned money on throwing parts at an issue while charging you for their labor and making money on those parts. We had a 2013 Flex brought in 3/24/22 for hesitation on acceleration. The Tire Choice replaced all plugs, all coil packs, and a fuel induction service, along with a new Mass Air Flow sensor, with a diagnostic fee, all to the tune of over $1,400. When I asked what the issue was on pickup, 3/25/22, I was told they replaced the above. They had no clue what the issue was, so they just replaced anything related to air, fuel, and spark. We voluntarily had the transmission serviced. The issue returned on 3/25 the same day. We called and were told when they scanned the Flex it came up with a torque converter code. Therefore, they knew all along that was the issue, yet proceeded to throw everything else at the vehicle. Furthermore, they never even used factory parts, though they certainly charged the same or more for them. I then discovered that same day that the oil change they charged $105 for back in November had overfilled the car by almost a quart! I had it changed with the same synthetic oil at Walmart for $55.

I called Brandon needing a new valve stem because mine was cracked and he was a nice gentleman he told me to just bring it in they would take care of me at no charge. They were very kind and helpful in keeping my car on the road so I can make it to work for the week. They are always respectful and try their hardest to get you back on the road as fast and safe as possible. The facility is always clean and cool. Thank you for helping me keep my wheels turning and I would definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for a good safe place to have their tire work done. Your guys are Awesome!
