A Fairy Dream

My grandmother was a resident at this facility, just recently she was in and out of the hospital due to poor care. Nobody in this facility cared about her well being. My grandmother ended up getting COVID-19 and her health continued to decline every since. Now she has passed away due to not properly being cared for during her time of staying at this facility. Either hire more people who actually cares about the residents or simple shut this facility down.

I was visiting a Family member, and Vanessa garay came in the patient room and makes a great difference she is so caring and knows her Job, I was listening to her interactions with the patient and she is so patient and knowledgeable. I was sitting in the patient room for three hours and Vanessa was the only worker that came in the room.she is an asset to your establishment. Vanessa you ROCKS.

Very dirty, they loose the residents personal belongings, and do not even attempt to locate them. They leave bruises and skin tears on them, and don’t report it the the families. They take the call buttons away. Some of the staff memebers have been caught yelling at residents. The food is HORRIBLE! And they rarely even give them water.

This place is a dump. Mold in the bathrooms and under sink. CNA are great but do not know enough to be very helpful. They are sped thin on nurses which then allows neglect because there is no one to check on the patients.. please avoid sending love ones here.
