3 people standing behind the counter for 5 minutes chatting and when the one cashier (not of the 3 chatters) finally starts ringing me up there was a price one of the chatters needed to come over and fix. I asked them to please start ringing up the rest that they had made us wait too long, the man of the chat group comes over to argue with me and say they’re “short handed” (forgetting there are a total of 4 behind the counter, 3 chatting) and then he goes off the rails and asks the lady behind me if she had to wait to long. Very poor customer service and weird gaslighting move. Coincidentally, that lady and I had discussed how we had to wait so long, but put on the spot she was embarrassed to be sucked up into the confrontation. So she just mumbled and looked away.

There's just so little in ladies xl that it's hard to find anything to buy. If the average American woman is a L/XL there should be way more XL than XS and S. I swear I get 12" of rack space to 36" of every other size.

Their clothing section keeps getting smaller and smaller. The remodel in the jewelry area looks very nice. Crystal is still an amazing associate to seek out for help.
