Got a bill in the mail for around 200 dollars, honestly don't know why. I tried calling the number on bill, someone who doesn't even try to sound dignified answers and I can barely make out what they said told me to speak to my primary care physician. I called my primary care physician's office and they had no clue why they told me to call them because they had nothing to do with them. I called the hospital this time and told them and they sent me to billings and I got sent to the same place as before but with someone who made sense and spoke clearly and she just apologized and said that she could send an itemized bill to me. I called the hospital again because I have an appointment there tomorrow and if I have to pay 200 per visit I will cancel, the lady said she's just a switch board operator and waited on the line for 15 minutes and basically got sent to billings again. I'd say stay clear of this place till they get there act together.

will never go back. went in for a extremely high fever, sore throat, barely had a voice, and some other symptoms. didn’t wait long since i scheduled online. intake was nice. the nurse taking my vitals apologized for smelling like cigarettes which i thought was very polite of him. i assured him it was okay. he started asking about my symptoms and i told him i had a high fever and he asked how high when i went to answer he just shouted at me “i’ll just assume you didn’t ACTUALLY take your temp and you’re just guessing?” i gave him the number and he left. the woman comes in and asks relatively the same questions and i went to tell her i had a miscarriage and i was afraid it might be an infection she told me “we’re not a hospital you only get one complaint. if there’s something else you can go to your primary care doctor.” even though i told her i didn’t have one. i was never rude or anything. i did nothing to be treated this way.

I have been here twice, waited 2 hours both times while noone was there. I was seen both times by PA Jenna who is absolutely rude and clueless. She keeps saying she doesn't have a crystal ball and can't tell you the future for your symptoms. I am pretty sure doctors and health practitioners are supposed to give you a prognosis but she can't do that for the simplest of things. It doesn't help that she is rude and has terrible communication skills as well. She saw us for a whole 3 minutes while the rest was just waiting.

Urgent care here is a joke! The place can be almost completely empty and they have you wait in a patient room for an hour and 20 minutes for something that should take maybe 15 minutes to diagnose and call a script in. They are severely understaffed and the staff they do have are incompetent and outright unpleasant. There have been instances where they have even misdiagnosed my children's illnesses causing them to suffer longer and become even sicker! I will never bring my children to this urgent care again. Any other place is better!!!!
