My mom lives there I came to town because she is in the hospital. Went to her place spent 4 hours cleaning her carpet because she fell out of bed and had a blood stain on her carpet was exhausted ready to go to bed and my son and I find bed bugs. At 3am in the morning we go to a hotel clean all of our stuff and found another one in our stuff. The manager tried to tell us they didn't find anything so I proceeded to show him one this is on Monday and he won't get anyone in there till Friday. She was told she didn't have them and they didn't need to treat her apartment the building is full of them this is totally unnecessary manager needs to do his job and take care of the problem. Instead of pretending it doesn't exist. This has caused me more expensive on top of an already difficult situation. The issue is not resolved their answer is she should live in it.

I want to say first hand as being a past employee there, and working at the facility for several years (feeling like my second home) that there is three property's on site one office location. This place is well kept, managed extremely well therefore, every star is well deserved. The community is made up of happy residents, and that is for good reason. They do a good job to keep residents happy and top priority. Any new residents arriving I noticed always fit well comfortably into community and was welcomed into the family. They do a lot for there residents as far as activities on premises, and are constantly upgrading or improving the grounds, hope this feedback answers questions to a possible new resident in a well respected community.

Yes

Are they in a well respected neighborhood? I love the Port Charlotte area but I'm on SSI. Just wondering if I could afford it?

Call the office directly Presbyterian homes of Port Charlotte. They will answer all your questions. Or check their website and see the layout of apartments. It is income based rent. And at least two year waiting.

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of helping a lady move from Jacksonville to Port Charlotte. She was buying a condo and nearby I noticed the Pres. Apts. I thought, maybe, I should check into these apts for availability. Is it really a 2 yr wait?
