Unacceptable that there is no live customer service, only automated system. Also unacceptable that you are prompted to join a special club to receive updates ON A PACKAGE THAT'S ALREADY THREE DAYS LATE! Why aren't the updates automatically available? USPS is much more efficient.

I got there at quarter till 8 one morning. The office was closed. But they were working inside the warehouse sorting packages. A driver saw me walk up to the door and told me just go in the side entrance there and give the package to the lady. I walked up there and her the package thank her and she scanned it and on it went.
I see this is in the past but anytime a parcel is refused by a receiver, the parcel is immediately returned to the sender. At this point you will need to contact the original shipper as this is outside the scope of UPS. Cheers

With any interview, I recommend to dress to impress. Nothing too high for the position, but as high as you can go with it. I wore a polo and khakis for an interview with Burger King, mind you, but that's just my philosophy. I'd say anything from polo and jeans to dress shirt and pants would be appropriate for any entry-level position. Usually the front desk admins are wearing jeans and a polo as uniform, anyway, so it's really anywhere in that range.

Hi there J, If you cannot attend the service center from 1300hrs, you should consider using a local UPS store as they are open from 0730-1800hrs.
