Just like the other customer so suprised of the rating. Had an amazing experience. If I could give more stars if I could. I'm ashamed I had a crazy morning can't remember the wonderful woman's name but my receipt says DAWN SUMMERS amazing lady & awesome asset to this uhaul location. Again crazy morning she made me laugh & I left relaxed & my day went better & check out with her was great & I left 🙂

Been using this Uhaul location for a few months. They're always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Norm is great. Just met Dawn. She's fabulous. The others are also great.

Called about getting my trailer hitch put on my new vehicle from my old vehicle which was the same make and model just a newer year . Was told he would have to check out the specs first which was fine . This was a Friday and he said I might not hear until Monday which again was fine . Monday came and went with no call . Tuesday I called and was told the person was on the phone and would call me back shortly . Well of course no call back . Wednesday I went to the store in person and talked to girl at front desk and explained it all but she said I had to deal with this same person and he would be in later that day and would definitely get back to me . Never did so I gave up at this point and will never use them for anything ever again . Horrible customer service.
