Yesterday I went into Pak Mail for one thing and ended up wanting to print out a document just because the Associate was so kind to me. I somehow had gotten kicked out of the background verification system and needed to reapply Simple was there to help me. She was so kind and accommodating but most of all patient. Her willingness made me want to spend money in the store so I looked around to see what I could use. Then I remembered that I had a book that I needed to have printed out. When I asked her if she provided that service it was a go. From the time she said yes we had so much trouble assessing the document. For one reason or another I couldn’t get my password correct. Simple, while maintaining her patience, kindness, Saftey precautions with the double masking she used for every customer diligently as she served all the while still assisting me. She was amazing, I felt like family by the time we finally got the document to the printer. I was even welcoming the incoming guest/customers on her behalf. Simple even the meaning of her name was everything that she exemplified while doing her work. Never lost her temper, never got impatient never stopped helping me to accomplish what I needed to have done! Thank you for having this person as a representative for your company. Because of my experience with her I will be driving across town just because of the impression she made. I am new to Tampa... been here three weeks so I have been map questing my way around. And even though the prices are different and the way a little long you can’t beat being treated nice and cared for. Thank you Simple, you set the tone for the rest of my day and I even went to bed and slept on a pillow of peace. It does matter how we treat one another, you never know what the difference is that you are making in someone’s life. Some people are just made special and Simple at Pak Mail is one of those one’s.
