Needed 2 links removed from New Fossil watch band. They wanted $40! Had a 2nd watch that needed only a replacement pin to reattach the band to the hasp. They had to ship it out to get the 2 cent pin replaced. What a joke of a place, Kay Jewelers are incompetent and a total scam ripoff. Avoid this place. BTW, I got both watches fixed for $18 elsewhere!

I have been a customer of this store for many years. I one of the mane reasons I only shop at this store is because of the customer service I receive from Mr. Carlos Smith. Mr. Smith is an asset to this store. I was just made aware that Carlos is no longer works for Kay's any longer. And the replacement for him was not a very customer service friendly kind of person. And really seem to have little knowledge as to the jewelry there trying to sale to there customers. I have to say to Kay's that in my opinion letting an employee like Carlos Smith go was a very big mistake. And the Sanford store will suffer from this lost.

I have shopped at several Kay jewelers ! The sanford location was the best ! Carlos is the best not only did he take the time to to help with my purchases he became a friend ! Reaching out to wish me happy birthday , happy fathers , happy thanksgiving , and merry Christmas . Even though I am sure he has done this with many customers it made me feel important and not just a sale . I can honestly say Carlos is the foundation of that store . I called to see if he was working to make another purchase but sadly I was told he no longer works their . . I shopped the Sanford store because of the personal service he gave me ..

I purchased my wife's engagement ring, wedding ring and another ring from Carlos Smith. He got us the best price, answered all of our questions and was very professional and courteous. My wife stops in all the time to get her rings cleaned and Carlos always takes care of her, we won't go to anyone else.
