The family and I go here regularly for the blizzards and we are usually satisfied. The only reasons for giving 2 stars is the blizzards usually don't get mixed all the way to the bottom and because they won't bring back the snickerdoodle blizzards. Apparently it's at the stores discretion *wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge* at the management.

Pretty good service. I was bummed that they didn't serve Poolside Punch Twisty Misty in a float like they do at the Grand Rapids location.
